Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Techfrica LLC (“Techfrica”, “we”), the operator of Frica AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Frica AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

3. Tokens and billing

Use of AI tools consumes tokens. New accounts receive a free token allowance. Paid plans add further allowances and are billed on the interval shown at checkout. Prices and allowances may change; we will give notice of changes to an active plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused tokens do not carry over.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Frica AI to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property;
• generate or distribute malware, spam, fraud or deceptive content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission;
• submit content you have no right to submit.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it in order to operate the service (including passing it to AI model providers to generate a response). Subject to these terms, output generated for you is yours to use.

6. AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it — particularly for legal, financial, medical or other consequential decisions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Frica AI available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we rely on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techfrica is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Frica AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or comply with the law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
